Contractor: Stadsbader. Construction in progress.

Description: Alpro is an European Food Company investing an extra 80 million Euros in 2015 for growth

in production capacity. Eight new production lines to be developed with five in the biggest factory of Alpro

in Wevelgem, Belgium and three in the United Kingdom. The project consists of different phases with a

high supervision complexity of subcontractors. The project is managed by BM-engineering in a BIM

environment exchanging information with third parties that are involved.

(2) RONSE RESIDENCES

Client: Willy Naessens.

Contractor: to be assigned. Construction in progress.

Description: Development of fourteen apartments in the centre of Ronse, Belgium. Optimization of the

project for tender, execution and follow-up.

(3) MONUMENT NATURAL STONE DIVISION

Description: Extension and renovation of production plant with new offices. Assigned as Project Leader,

responsible for optimizing the project for tender , execution and follow-up.

Description: Entrance renovation of an office building in the centre of Brussels which will serve as the

address of the Slovenian Embassy. Assigned as Project Leader for design, building permit, tender and

follow-up.

Description: Working in a multidisciplinary team as a Project Architect in a competition to develop a

proposal for the NEO shopping Centre, leisure facilities, offices, car parks and more than 500 dwellings in

a competitive dialogue with the authorities. Assigned as Project Architect for the office managing a team of

architects, draftsmen document analysts.

(6) NEW PRISON IN HAREN - DBFM (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain).

Client and Contractor: Willemen Group. Completed 2013.

Description: DBFM (Design, Build, Finance, Maintain). Working in a multidisciplinary team as a project

architect in a competition for new and biggest prison in Belgium. In collaboration with A2RC-Architects,

Art & Build Architect, Storimans Wijffels architects. Assigned as Project Architect for the office managing

a team of architects and draftsman.
