2012 | Big Red Rooster | Columbus, OHCo-op position at a brand experience firm. Focused on experiential design, with the occasional branding and

graphic design opportunity. Designed retail concepts, material palettes, architectural elements and fixtures, specified finishes, furniture and lighting, utilized the Adobe Suite to create final renderings/presentations,

modeled designs in SketchUp, and created/revised plans, elevations, sections and details using AutoCAD

An alternative, environmentally conscious resort for Himalayan adventurers in Leh, India. This unique hospitality opportunity functions as an “off the grid” unit that provides self- sustaining natural conveniences, such as temperature control and lighting. In addition, the physical construction aims to preserve the natural beauty of the landscape.

The store design featured new construction within an existing center in Southern Pines, North Carolina. The fixture sketches on the left illustrate a collaboration with the conceptual designer to redesign the market table that is currently a part of the Chico’s brand. The goal was to transform the existing table into a fixture that offered additional product space.

Located in Saudi Arabia, Makkah Hilton Towers takes into account Islamic customs while incorporating Arabic motifs to create luxurious and comfortable spaces that comply with the religious beliefs of the guests. Situated a short walk from the religious heart of Makkah, the Hilton towers were just one of the nineteen hotels designed by Wilson Associates in that central region.

Applying parametric and non-linear thinking to design, the Lily Lamp is a decorative lighting fixture constructed of bi-colored construction paper. Composed of identical modular pieces with built-in connections, it flat packs, assembles at home, and has the ability to create many different forms depending on the orientation and number of used components.

A study of current hammock techniques, resulting in a piece of outdoor furniture that is easily transported, yet does not depend on extraneous means of assembly. The Hammok combines the strength of hollow aluminum tubing with the convenience of round nose spring plungers, allowing for a light, easily fabricated product.
