Since election…

• Handover from Chanelle• New teleconference provider established; teleconferences held successfully• Executive & Committee handover reports compiled and distributed amongst Committee• Updated website contact details (work in progress for rest of site)• Helped new LSS at UNE become ALSA affiliated• Attended NZLSA Conference• Produced Council Materials & New Councilors’ Handbook• Helped organize this Council Meeting

TL;DR? ALREADY DOING AWESOME STUFF

VPA Goals for 2011 – 2012:

• Establish ALSAlumni Network• Update LSS Wiki, website, and LSS section• Continue to utilize E-Council ideas• Create a “how-to” series of factsheets for both ALSA Committee and LSS’s• Look into the use of new technology/software for ALSA• Ensure effective records are kept, and update archives
