IBM Experience
2003 - CurrentSenior Communications Professional:
Manage Systems and Technology Group’s (STG’s) event graphics. This includes management of internal and external graphic companies. Ensuring IBM corporate creative identity across all elements including such things as creative, collateral, presentations, publications, video, signage, CDs/DVDs, Web, etc., while also aligning with strategic plans and initiatives worldwide. Management of production companies on the development and execution of all STG general sessions and company events as well as agenda production and budget management. Set up and provide technical requirements, executive communications, rehearsal management including scheduling, on-site execution, and on-site graphic changes. Graphics operator on-site running all executive
presentations including all audio and video requirements. Show production software expert in both Windows and Mac.
Other duties include the management of internal communications including tax processes for incentive events, management of data base execution, and Rochester Mayo Clinic collaboration liaison for STG Communications.
1995 - 2003Graphics Professional:
Supported the IBM Rochester site with graphic design requirements including publishing, online Web design, presentation graphics, and Rochester site events. Worked with executive staff on presentations supporting both Rochester and STG headquarters. On-site graphics operator at many events worldwide.

Researched and recommended all current and future software and hardware requirements for the Rochester site graphics group. Team leader to the Rochester Office/Graphics teams ensuring education and teamwork across Rochester Site Services.
1992 - 1995 Computer Hardware/Software Specialist:
Responsible for employee hardware and software requirements for the IBM Rochester Site Services team. This included programming new hardware as well as troubleshooting existing and upgrades. Windows and OS/2 operating systems experience and networking and computer peripheral set up and services. Also provided asset tracking system database. During

1988 - 1992Graphics Designer:
Supported the IBM Rochester site graphic design needs. This included a heavy influence in presentation graphics. Researched and promoted the use of computer graphics for business meetings to replace the conventional transparencies/slide projectors by using Harvard Graphics. This effort resulted in winning the Divisional Award in 1992. Initiated support of local IBM events such as the Rochester Summit, a customer event for AS/400 users.

Work with the Client prior to the event on agenda layout. Handle communications to speakers and/or staff regarding rehearsal scheduling and content development requirements. Work with the venue on audio/visual set up. On-site lead for rehearsals including all last-minute graphic changes required. Long history of working with presentation graphics. Work directly with the executive or with their speechwriter to create a perfect visual aid to their speech.
