The Concept is inspired from theDynamic movement of Children which Enhance Discover Life. That meanChildren has energy which can absorb by Kids Discovery Center.

The aim of project is to create space for students so they can spend all day there. The project contain education functions, entertainment functions commercial functions, mosque and apartments. The main concept of project is inspired from Omani traditional village where everything is close teaching other. The project is design to be sustainability by using hori-zontal shade and wind direction.

The hub is mix-ing between tradition, heritage and modernity.The Sketch and 3D Views show development of master plan of waterfront. ZONE 1 – WATERFRONT HEART ZONEZONE 2 – RESORT ZONEZONE 3 – CRUISE ZONEZONE 4 – HAY ALMINA ZONE.
