Currently my experience has been online via my work with popular site What Culture where I am a freelance contributor to the sport. In the short time that I have been writing for the site I have had over 80,000 views and have ambitions to continue to create engaging content in order to help the sports section grow and compete with other areas of the site. Additionally, I am the co-founder and editor of Tibs News, a multi-media website created during my studies. In just over two years Tibs News has gained Newsnow status, accumulated over 7,000 followers on social media and expanded into the world of podcasting. My knowledge of InDesign, Final Cut Pro and WordPress have all been put to good use and the resulting website continues to be successful and show progress. As co-founder I have been heavily involved in the set-up, management, development and maintenance of the site. This can include: ensuring that all writers are keeping to the style and layout guidelines, assisting in the promotion of the site on social media platforms in order to create maximum engagement and researching, writing and sub- editing feature articles. As well as this it can include: commissioning original content from our ever expanding network of writers, using analytics to provide an insight into how the site is performing and set up new targets, regularly liaising with ten other editors and co-
