ESTUDI PSP ARQUITECTURA began its professional activity in 1969. It works in most fields of architecture, highlighting its work in healthcare, hospitals, health centers, dwellings and industrial buildings. It also plans offices, research centers, hotels, a prison and many renovations.
More than 40 years of professional work enables us to perform highly complex projects, standing out our expertise in healthcare architecture: we have been working in it since 1979, building hospitals and primary health centers.
Our performance ranges from the first plans, the feasibility studies and the analysis of alternatives, to the complete development of projects and the supervision of works, quality control, time and costs.
The study has external partners in different fields, from the technical to the humanistic, forming a crossed and multidisciplinary team. All the projects are approached with a high degree of commitment to quality and sustai-nability, values that are inherent in today’s society, and service oriented.

The work team that forms the study adapts at all times to the needs of the project.
Our matrix work system is based on collaborative development including all the agents, both our own and from external companies, forming a multidisciplinary team that allows us to solve highly complex tasks successfully and economically.
COORDINATION AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
The digital communication network type FTP and Dropbox allows us to maintain an immediate communication and a constant coordination. This is a fundamental system nowadays that is strengthened thanks to the use of the BIM methodology.

BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING (BIM)
Simultaneous and collaborative work with a unique BIM model that allows us to manage the different disciplines and share information with the client with total transparency.

HUMANIZATION OF SPACES
The press in Barcelona has repeatedly echoed our work in the field of Humanization of spaces.
The impact on users and workers is maximum and affects the assessment of user experience and employee performance and integration.
Our works are defined under the concept of design based on evidence, in the process of research and constant improvement.
INTEGRATION OF ARCHITECTURAL SPACES
The projects have, from their conception, a base of work on elements destined so that the building has the minimum possible routes and the spaces adaptation to the processes to be developed and to a future certification (JCI, p.e)
We work together with users, workers and consultants so that we have the certainty that the processes are integrated into the architecture and its functionality is maximum.
SUSTAINABILITY AND ECO-EFFICIENCY
From their conception, projects have a base of work on elements for the building to have the minimum energy needs and for a future LEED certification.
