AGRO PARK (Mar 2016)The agro-eco-industrial park is a strategically located, strategically designed real estate complex which encourages the de-velopment of Agro-industries. Developing an agro-eco-industrial estate begins by using the basic strategies of eco-industrial parks regarding site selection and development, building standards, infrastructure, and management. The opportunity for

profitable by-product flows between tenants is particularly high with the biomass, energy, and water intensive companies in food processing.

LUXURY RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS (Jan 2015- current)The objective is design anc construct 4 sets of 2 bedroom luxury apartments located in the fast developing oil region of Port

Harcourt Nigeria. I designed and have begun development on a luxury residential apartment building while dealing with constraints on budget and land space. So far the experience has been very beneficial I am learning further on how to maxi-

mize resources to create the desired spaces.

STORAGE BENCH ( Jul 2016)As a consequence of space constraints in my office, I designed and produced from metal, a bench for sitting which also

functions as storage space. Cushions can also be added for extra comfort. It is modular and has small tires attached to the bottom so it can be moved around easily.

OFFICE DESIGN (Mar 2015)

On this project the aim was to provide a stimulating environment or staff and a welcoming and comfortable environment for visitors. This was largely achieved by employing a harmonious variety of materials, colors and patterns.

Role: Managed the entire project from inception to practical completion (feasibility studies, drawings, interior design, bud-get management and construction supervision).

MARSHORIA ARENA ENTERTAINMENT CENTER ( Jan 2013)The objective was to conceptualize and implement the interior design for the largest and most prominent entertainment

center located in Gwarimpa, which is the largest residential estate in both Nigeria and West Africa. It includes a Night club, lounge/restaurant, gym, spa, live music stage and a games room.

Role: Managed the entire project from inception to practical completion (feasibility studies, concept design budget man-agement and construction supervision).

Current Status: Completed Space: Abuja, Nigeria. 90,060sqm. 48 rooms, gym, spa, lounge, restaurant and swimming pool.

PIANO BAR DESIGN (Mar 2015)The objective was to create dynamic and interesting space with major consideration to sound management. The various

approaches were :• Using strips of mirrors from ceiling to wall and dynamic lighting to give the illusion of movement and a broader space.

• Using a single material for both the bar and dancing platfrom to create uniformity and balance within the room.• As a consequence of having an unevenly narrow space ; the application of darker colors on the extreme walls to give

the illuson of bring them closer, so the room looks less narrow and more balanced in size.

MOSQUE DESIGNA goal was to create a modern open plan mosque that is timeless and devoid of any cultural association and basic in a

sense that it only caters to the basic function of praying and is visually simply but meaningful. The approach was to create monolithic block of concrete carved out of a larger piece and situated as an Island, surrounded by still water.

SHOWER CHAIR FOR THE PHYSICALLY DISABLEDThe objective was to create a chair which could be used by people for whom walking is difficult or impossible due to illness, injury or disability.. The chair is meant to help alleveiate such discomfort and provide its user more independence. Accoding to ‘disabled.com’, approximately 25million people in world have mobility problems. Many of such hanicapped, complain of

an uncomfortable experence while taking a shower.

Some of its details are:• It has sturdy handles attached to the wall, to assist users sit and get up from the shower chair

• It has 2 buttons on its side to control water temperature and shower pressure.• It has a comfortable back rest with perforrations which allows water in to reach areas of the back that otherwise might

be difficult.
