Aqaba is Jordan’s southernmost city containing the kingdom’s only seaport. it comprises of Jordan’s entire coastline of 27km which is internationally renowned for its coral reef rich in fish populations.
Project brief : Marsa Zayed, a $10 billion project, named in memory of the Late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
It is a mega mixed-use waterfront project, including high-rise residential towers, retail, recreational, entertainment, business and financial districts, and several branded hotels.

The rich shores of the Red Sea, the hotel clusters of
Aqaba, and the distant cities of Eilat & Taba, all contribute
in the formation of this concept
Less density of masses at the lower site in relation to the
masses at the higher altitude in order to minimize the
blockage of the gradually articulated town houses
Radial courtyards connect the valley and the surroundings
with greenery and visual cracks
A series of view rays combined with the topography.

Gaffa Gate Office Building (Maisam Architects) Al Bira, Palestine
is a City about 10 miles north of Jerusalem. Its altitude is between 830 and 900 meters above sea level, and because its weather is similar to that of the Mediterranean sea basin,
Project Brief : It’s an office building located in al bira ,that incorporates Main storages for milk and Medicine, Offices and administration .

Crystalle Apartment Building ( Maisam Architects) Abdali, Amman, Jordan
Crystalle is an innovative villa complex on the main prominent road of the Abdali District and across the street from Abdali Boulevard, the major pedestrian shopping and entertainment core of the new downtown. It is a unique mix of spacious duplexes and simplexes all of which have private elevator landings as well as dedicated service entrances usually only found in villas.

St.Regis branded residences and hotel (Soura Madani House Of Design) Amman, Jordan The St.Regis Amman is a 17 story buildings in 260 luxurious guest room and suites delight in breathtaking view, contemporary design and intuitive amenities.
It consists of two towers the hotel and the residences at the residences you have the choice of owing a two, three or four bedroom residence, a duplex of five bedroom or sky villa
We developed the design of the residence tower and the hotel in collaboration with Hirsch Bedner Associate (HBA) based in England.

communication to enhance the understanding of heritage.
