VISUAL CONTACT

The Narrow street canyons are interpreted into Skyscraper neighborhoods. Balconies facing the Atrium creates visual contact in the vertical

space.

LIFE BETwEEN THE HOUSES

In hot climates, such as in Amman, narrow streets create attractive shade and functions as

important spacies for social and public activities.

PUBLIC PLAzAS

At the bottom of each neighborhood are public plazas where the express- and local elevators are connected. The bottom floors functions as

local streets with service oriented programs.

SUSTAINABILITY

The tower façade will be a patchwork of smart skin technologies, including systems that

efficiently collect rain and fog.
