Territory of spa hotel containes 7 multistorey buildings and 15 luxery villas. Hotel will be a home for the visitors of Olympic games in Sochi in 2012, then some of buildings will be converted into blocks of flats and the others will continue functioning as 5 star hotel on the seaside with confer-ence suite and spa area.
