Utilizing typical building footprints previously used by the developer, the design has balanced earthwork and maximizes developed area by maximizing parking count with a functional, flowing traffic pattern while protecting the balance of the site in an undeveloped natural state.

SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IN MALIBU FROM AN ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN. THE CHALLENGE WAS TO COMPLY WITH THE CITY’S YARDAGE LIMITATIONS  AND STORM WATER REQUIREMENTS AND PROVIDE ACCESS FOR TWO LOTS WHILE MAINTAINING THE ARCHITECT’S CONCEPT. PLATE 5
