One of the outstanding Projects undertaken by Dubai Properties, Manzel Al Khor is a large scale High end Residential project with Large elements of Retail. The project is located in Culture Village adjoining the Dubai Creek. Providing some of the best views of the Dubai’s urban landscape.

The project consisted of 150 apartment's and 20 large retain areas at the podium level. The challenge was the Technical complex in the design. The façade was designed to reflect traditional Dubai Flavour and all elements of old town Dubai improvised in the building façade.

A Temperature controlled Cold Store Storage & Distribution Facility in DIP, Dubai

The office is 1000 m2 and the freezer is 10,000 m2. with temperature Ranging from 0 Deg. -22 deg. Across Multiple Chambers

The Project was Awarded as under Design & build Framework, with a strict Handover End date, to facilitate Full operation within 11 months.

Designed by Winner consultant, obtaining the quality of design & level of information was a challenge. Building Permit was obtained in 12 weeks, this has slipped the schedule by 4 weeks.

The project duration is 40 weeks

The workshop is non- AC with cladding material providing a comfort working environment Achieving U-value of 0.2 W/m2k

The Floor is Steel Fibre reinforced by Twintec to attend a flatness of FM2.

The workshop has two Gantry cranes supplied by Demac

A Truck washing & equipment facility is provided on the exterior

250 million Gulf News Newspaper Printing & office facility. Design by WS Atkins, with major elements of contractor design. The challenge as a Design Manager was to increase profitability without compromising the clients Specifications and operational needs.

W-HOTEL is proposed to be a 500 Room hotel with Marina and all 5 star infrastructure. Located at the Middle of Festival City the project was shelved at construction execution stage. The design has progressed to a advance level with KEO as the main consultant and a Canadian interior designer starting detail design works.
