EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION

URBO is an automatic rollover washing system controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for he most consistent operation and safety.

he electrical control panels are located inside the uprights.

he frame is hot dipped galvanized, Painted and Oven Finished.

asically, the equipment consists of two arches that are joined together by specific “crossbars” and brackets.

he equipment includes 4 Side Brushes + 1 Top Brush + 2 Wheel Brushes.

he Top Brush slides vertically into specific guides and provides contour following of the vehicle. A current ensor (SENCO VI) adjusts the lift and descent speed and informs the PLC to raise and lower the brush by eans of a motorgearbox.

ach side brush slides on a hot dipped galvanized guide by means of carriages with 8 wheels. A current ensor (SENCO VI) detects the brushes pressure on the vehicle and informs the PLC to open or close the arriages, by means of two motorgearboxes acting through specific belts.

he detergent is sprayed on the brushes through a metering pump.

nother metering pump injects wax into the water that is then sprayed on the vehicle.

third metering pump injects the detergent with air and water to create the Foam effect.

he drying system consists of a Double Stainless Steel Top Contouring Dryer, Three Position Pivoting Vent lus Two Fixed Side Dryers (2 x 4 kW). Each Top Blower (fed by 2 x 3 kW Electrofans) slides vertically into o crash guides that are controlled by infrared photocells. The Top Dryer is then able to lift or descend, in rder to follow the vehicles contour, without touching the vehicle itself. Furthermore, in case of malfunction f the a.m. photocells, an additional safety device (with two rings) is able to stop the machine if the blower ouches the vehicle.

urbo can be equipped with an innumerable set of options and accessories, according to the particular equirements of end users (e.g. : High Pressure devices, able to simulate manual pre-washes - Specific hemical Options - UnderChassis Wash Devices – Self-serve activators, etc.)
