2. Site Allocation Methodology

2.1. Circle SPOC allocates sites to the Supervisors

In this method, Circle SPOC will allocate a certain number of sites to his supervisors. These allocated sites will

reflect in the Unallocated Bucket of the Supervisors. When the Supervisor allocates these sites to the Agents,

then the sites appear in the allocated bucket of both Supervisor and the Circle SPOC.

2.2. Circle SPOC allocates sites to the Agents

In this, Circle SPOC allocates the sites directly to the agents. These sites will appear in the allocated bucket of

the Circle SPOC and the agent can see these allocated sites on his tablet.

3.5. Allocation of Sites to the Agents

Each Supervisor will have few Agents under him. He can allocate the sites to any of the agents or he himself can

do the PV of the site. In case he decides to do by himself, he himself will behave as a Agent.

3.5.1. Supervisor allocates site to the Agent

He selects the Site to be allocated to the Agent

He selects the Agent whom he has to allocate the Site and allocates him by clicking “OK”

A pop up message will display “Site Allocated Successfully”

3.5.2. Supervisor allocates site to himself

In this case he needs to select his own Employee ID from the Agent List and allocate. He must select his Agent

ID i.e. the Employee ID without the prefix of “s_”

The agent can now see these sites on his Tablet under allocated Bucket. He needs to carry out the physical

data captured by the Agent during PV exercise.

end of the line showing the site details

Data will be shown in the following format which can be downloaded in the Excel Format

3.8. Post Quality Check

If the Quality of Data Captured seems Good, mark the site as “QA Verify”. The site will now move to QA Verified

Bucket.

If it’s found that some of the Model/ cards are missing, the site can be re- planned. The site now falls under WIP

Bucket and the agent can do the site again to capture the missing models or components.

If the Supervisor finds that the Data brought by the Agent makes no sense or he has not captured the details

properly, he can plan to do the site again. He needs to click on the Re-Verify and the site will fall under the

unallocated bucket of the Supervisor. Now he can decide who should do that site again.
