61STStreet, New York City, 2015Interior design and styling project.A four-bedroom apartment in Manhattan, with great location and amazing views to Central Park. The project presented a bit of a challenge; most of the work was made long distance from Mexico, but the final delivery and styling was made in site. The results were pretty rewarding.

The apartment was furnished and styled with top of the line brands, such as Molteni, Kravet, Holly Hunt, Christian Liagre, Ironies, Cassina and many more. All the fabrics were carefully selected so that a uniform contemporary style prevailed. The closets were designed in collaboration with California Closets to optimize space. Lighting and automatization was carefully planned to create a cozy feeling regardless of the NY weather.

Sierra Ventana, Mexico City, 2013-2014Partial remodelation and styling projectThe challenge in this project was to transform a cold neglected garden into a sunny cozy terrace. We also remodeled and styled the rest of the house according to the clients’ needs.

This cozy terrace was designed, so that our clients could spend most of their days in here. As single couple with no children, they wanted to have their meals, watch TV, listen to music etc. while being outdoors. Situated in Mexico City with more that 200 rainy days, this became a problem, so we designed a glass ceiling and an indoor fire pit so the terrace could function all year round.

Tolsa, Mexico City, 2012-2013Full remodelation. Architectural and interior design project.Located in an exclusive residential area in Mexico City, we had to transform a relative new “Mexican Style” house, to our client’s more classic-contemporary taste

The house has more than 15 rooms including a movie theater, a wine cellar and a massage room. Each room had a layout design as well as some furniture made to custom. All details were carefully planned and executed.

Pie de la Cuesta, Mexico City, 2012Architectural and interior design project. This residential project involved different areas that had to be combined. We were involved since the start of the architectural project, to the outdoors garden design, and the final styling.

The house was designed with full collaboration with the clients. They were involved in each part of the process. Form space planning to furniture and fabric selection. Each room was carefully styled according to its future purpose. The fabric selection was a real challenge here, because it had to be children proof but it had to look elegant at the same time.

Interior design and styling project. This project was executed in in less than 3 months. The client had only two requests, he wanted a modern style and he wanted it fast. Only the entrance and the garden/terrace where fully remodeled.

Due to the short time in which the house needed to be ready. Only few of the pieces where made to custom. Still the best Mexican and international brands where selected. The breakfast room furniture is from a well-known Mexican designer; Hector Esrawe. The bench in the living room is work of Japan’s designer, Jiun Ho. And the lighting for the living room was apiece specially designed for the project by Random Light Belgium.

Marina , Mexico City, 2011Interior design and styling project. This young couple’s apartment was a joy to make. They wanted a contemporary and timeless style through out the place. We were involved while the apartment was still under construction so we were able to make some modification in the distribution of areas, mainly in the upper level.

With an open plan layout, and a bar for social gathering, this apartment had a feel of relax but maintaining a certain amount of elegance.
