<ul><li><p>PORT FAIRY FOLK MUSIC </p><p>FESTIVAL 2017 FOOD STALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS The Port Fairy Folk Festival Committee have developed these terms and conditions for all food vendors wishing to lodge an expression of interest. Please read carefully. Food Stall Operators are required to submit: </p><p> Expression of Interest Application Form Proposed menu and pricing Details of other festival/event experience Details of Victorian Council Food Registration Evidence of Public Liability Insurance (minimum $20,000,000) Photographs of stall in operation (for new applicants only) </p><p> The Committee will assess these applications according to the following criteria: </p><p> Suitability of menu and pricing Suitability to site and power availability Past experience at festivals and events Local businesses and/or use of local produce Charitable enterprises </p><p> Expressions of Interest are due by November 1st to allow the Committee to make a decision on who will trade at the next Festival. Applicants will then be advised of the by the end of November. Incomplete applications will not be considered. All applicants must acknowledge reading and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. SITE FEES Main Arena Coffee Vendors Site Fee: $1,800.00 Other Food Vendors Site Fee: $ POA (various) Tent Fee (6mx6m): $ 750.00 Extra Power (2x15amp provided): $ 300.00 (per l5 amp) Remote Cool Room Use: $ 100.00 Railway Place (Saturday Sunday only) Coffee Vendors Site Fee: $ 700.00 Other Food Vendors Site Fee: $ 500.00 Special Requirements: Please let us know if you will be bringing a cool room, require truck parking space, or have any other special requirements. Charges will apply for provision of extra space or other special requirements. Power Outlets: Site fee includes 2 x l5 amp outlets. A limit of up to 2 extra outlets per site may be requested and supplied, where available, at </p><p>$300 per outlet. Any damage caused BY A VENDOR to an outlet over the weekend will NOT be repaired </p><p>and they will have to operate on reduced power. Repairs will be at vendors expense if the damage was caused by their reckless, careless, illegal or deliberate action. </p><p> Note: Main Arena food vendors are required to purchase event tickets for all staff at a cost of $230 per adult ticket and $85 per youth (aged l3-l7). Children under 12 are free.
