NOTICE OF HEARING UPON AMENDED BUDGET
PORT OF LEWISTON
NEZ PERCE COUNTY, IDAHO
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Port Commission of the Port of
Lewiston proposes to adopt an amended budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1,
2014. A copy of such amended budget is attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and by this
reference incorporated herein and made a part of this Notice.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing upon such proposed
amended budget of the Port of Lewiston will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at
the hour of 12:00 o’clock, P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the
Port District Office, 1626 Sixth Avenue North, Lewiston, County of Nez Perce, State of
Idaho, at which time and place the said Commissioners will attend and explain the said
amended budget and take action thereon.

NOTICE OF HEARING UPON PROPOSED BUDGET
PORT OF LEWISTON
NEZ PERCE COUNTY, IDAHO
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Port Commission of the Port of
Lewiston has adopted a proposed Budget for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015,
and has levied a tax sufficient to raise the sum of $420,000.00 from such levy for the
said fiscal year.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing upon such proposed Budget
of the Port of Lewiston will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the hour of 12:00
o’clock, P.M., or as soon thereafter as the mailer may be heard, at the Port District
Office, 1626 Sixth Avenue North, Lewiston, County of Nez Perce, State of Idaho, at
which time and place the said Commissioners will attend and explain the said proposed
Budget and hear any objections thereto.
SAID PROPOSED BUDGET will be available for public inspection prior to said
hearing at the said Port District office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon
and 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. of any weekday not a public holiday.
A copy of such proposed Budget is annexed hereto marked Exhibit “A” and by
this reference incorporated herein and made a part hereof.

PORT OF LEWISTONRESOLUTION NO. 152
TAX LEVY AND BUDGET HEARING
BE IT RESOLVED by the Port Commission of the Port of Lewiston, Idaho,
that there be, and is hereby levied, for the fiscal year commencing July 1 2015, a
tax upon all taxable property within the Port District of the Port of Lewiston, in
mills and portions of mills, sufficient to raise the sum of $420000.00 by means of
such tax levy; the same being the total tax levied for all Port District purposes,
except the payment of the prncipal and interest of the general bonded
indebtedness of the Port, for the fiscal year commencing July 1 2015, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing upon the proposed
budget of the Port of Lewiston for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2015, be
held at the Port District Office, 1626 Sixth Ave North, Lewiston, County of Nez
Perce, State of Idaho, on Wednesday, June 10, 2015, at the hour of 12:00 p.m.,
or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, and that notice of such heaiing
be posted in the following places within the district:
At or near the front door of the offices of the Lewislon Orchards Irrigation District,
Lewiston, Idaho;
At or near the front door of the Lewiston City Hall, Lewiston, Idaho;
At or near the front door of the Nez Perce County Courthouse, Lewiston, Idaho,
At or near the front door of Valley Foods, Lapwai, Idaho;
At or near the front door of the United States Post Office, 102 N Main Street,
Peck, Idaho.
That said notice be posted at least 10 days pror to such hearing.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Port Attorney prepare and cause
to be published a copy of the proposed budget, together with a Notice of Hearing
thereon, in the Lewiston Morning Tribune at Lewiston, Idaho, as provided by law.
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED, that a copy of said proposed budget shall be
available for public examination from and alter the posting of Notice of Hearing,
at the office of the Port District, 1626 Sixth Ave North, Lewiston, Idaho, between
the hours of 9:00 am. and 12 o’clock noon and 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. of every
day not a legal holiday.
