Why is Popcornopolis the perfect fundraiser? There are three major distinctions between Popcornopolis and other popcorn companies. The first is our recipes, the second is our packaging, and the third is our selling process. All of our recipes were formulated in a small confectionery with the intention of creating the best tasting popcorn products imaginable. Each ingredient is natural and the finest in its category. We use pure cane sugar rather than cheaper alternatives (like beet sugar or glucose commonly used in popcorn manufacturing). We also use real dairy butter and the finest confection-grade chocolate available. We found many ingredi- ents that were cheaper, but none that were better. Next, we were determined to make a package as memorable as is it functional. Our Crunchologists invented the Popcornopolis Cone. The cone is made out of a special material designed to keep our popcorn fresh for 6 months without using any preservatives. The twist-tie serves as a decorative bow for the package and a useful way to reseal the package and preserve freshness. The selling process is as unique as our popcorn. First, we provide volunteers with a catalogue and plenty of information on our popcorn. They use this information to sell the popcorn to their neighbor- hood, school, church, or community. We then collect all of the orders and provide the volunteers with the popcorn. It is their responsibility to distribute the popcorn to their customers. Our popcorn is extremely easy to sell. Our prices range from $6 to $8 dollars while other programs’ pricing can be up to $15! This is designed to drive multiple-item purchases, which raises even more money for your fundraiser. Our fundraising program operates on a 50/50 split. Half of the money collected goes directly to your organization, while the other half covers the cost of the popcorn. This could mean thousands of dollars for your organization!
