Production Planning

Production planning at the enterprise is carried out on the basis of the program 1C: Enterprise 8.0 Manufacturing Enterprise Management. The modern international techniques of business management (MRP II, CRM, SCM, ERP, ERP II, etc.) are considered in the system.

The conceptual approach: planning and management of purchases, design, production, stocks and logistics are realised.

The projects that are already realised at the enterprise are as follows:• provision with on-line information about the usage level of working centers;

• monitoring of plan-fact status of the orders with the possibility of on-line replanning;

• management of short-term and long-term purchases plan;

• guarantee of production cost calculation on the basis of design and technological specifications;

• constant monitoring of production capacities that allows to supervise the availability of capacities;

• monitoring over all production cycles with the possibility of effecting them in order to achieve the optimum efficiency of capacities and resources use, with the view of satisfaction of all needs of customers;

• financial reflection of activity of the enterprise as a whole.

Outsourcing

The usage of cooperation is directed to the improving of quality of standard serial items due to particular specialization of the manufacturers involved. It allows to scale the output of standard items in a wide range from 100 up to tens of thousands pieces.

The objectives of the Department of Cooperation:

• search of specialized modern manufactures;

• providing with the optimum time loading of capacities of the manufacturers;

• providing with the full and duly delivery of finished or semi-finished products according to requirements to the final product;

• quality control and control of conformity of the finished or semi-finished products to the standards of our company.

Quality Control

Quality control at the enterprise is carried out at three stages:

1. The entrance control of deliveries It is carried out by comparison of metric, weight and other technical information for their conformity to technical requirements of the manufacturer.

2. The control of semi-finished itemsIt is provided by our representatives at the enterprises of subcontractors. The selective or direct control of all products ready for assembly is carried out.

3. The warehouse of finished goods control It is realized through a constant presence of the representative of QualityDepartment in the warehouse of finished goods. The entrance control over conformity with requirements specification and technical condition of the enterprises is carried out.
