Web EIS – Tools For Your Use

Indicators - measures how your organization is performing on any of 1500 core competencies; what you want to measure

Parameters - quantifies what you want to measure and over what span of time

Web EIS – Chart Views

Trend view - Using a line graph, EIS plots the performance during a specified period of time

Ranking view - Using a bar graph, EIS plots the performance of several organizations during a specific time

Download view - This button produces a table that can be downloaded in any of seven formats; Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Fox Pro, Paradox, delimited text, and HTML. Excel is the default download.

Advanced features are found in the Private and Public folders indicator selection.

To obtain an account, a PS1357 (eAccess) must be completed and sent to Wally Estes, HQ. eAccess is preferred.

Create And Add To A Private Slide Show

Right click on the Slide Show folder icon in the private folder

Select the New Slide Show option. The add a new slide show box will appear

Input the name for your new slide show

Select an indicator from Web EIS and choose the desired parameters and display options

Right click on the gray icon of your new slide show folder

Select add current screen from popup and save slide show; click OK to save

Using Private Slide Show Viewer

Right click on the Slide Show folder icon in the private folder

Select View Slide Show from the popup menu. The Slideshow Viewer will appear in the corner of your screen.

Navigate through your Slide Show using the beginning/previous/next/end slide

To Print all slides left click on the printer icon at the upper right portion of the viewer
