I’d like to tell you about the person

who inspired me to go in for sport.

This is my grandmother Ponomareva

Tatyana Vladimirovna

At school she began to take

part in different sport competitions–

running, skiing,

polyathlon.

My grandmother was fond of sport very much and after

school she graduated the technical school of Physical Education in Sverdlovsk and became the teacher. She has been working at school for

32 years. In the beginning of 2000s she tried to run her

first marathon race. And she liked it!!!

She takes part in marathon races every

year . My grandmother has already run 10

marathons in Russia and in Europe. She took part

in marathons in such cities as Omsk, Helsinki, Barcelona, Rome, Paris,

Korolev, Reykjavik, Kuopio and others.

All members of our family are fond of

sport. We participate in such competitions as marathon races, athletics, skiing and family relay races.My father My uncle

I am happy to have such grandmother! I am proud of her!

She is my example to follow!
