•ALTHOUGH AN EXTERNAL GOVERNMENT POLICY IS IRRELEVANT TO FIRM`S DOING BUSINESS ONLY IN ONE COUNTRY, SUCH A POLICY CAN CREATE COMPLEX PROBLEMS FOR FIRMS DOING BUSINESS IN COUNTRIES THAT ARE IN CONFLICT WITH EACH OTHER.
