A poem’s light A poem brings to light
What the heart is eager to recite
No matter how slight
Or how great it’s height
So long as it has meaning to one’s self
Ode Too Nature
Nature the ultimate tamer
Can’t be given the title of hater
Will give you no favor
Other than strength to live
And the mind to make lore
Don’t mess with a bee hive
You won’t find a band playing live
But the sound of nature
And it’s fantastic allure
This may not make sense
But at least it’s not tense
The Nutty Boy
A young boy a little bit nutty
Accepted a bear as a buddy
It then stole his goat
Because it could float
The boy then found another buddy
She Said What
She says taboo
He says boota
The chicken says moo
Now how’s that true
Now I bid you adoo
And a toodaloo
THE PACIFIST
When in danger of body not honor
The pacifist can remain for longer
But for honor not body
The pacifist cant dolly
He’ll just have to wait ‘till he’s taller
The Roar A man heard a roar in a ruin
And wondered what trouble was brewin
He then ventured in
To see what’s within
And found nothing worth doin
The Shroud I’m one of the crowd the one hidden behind the shroud the shroud of many converging to one but what brings me the want to be one of the shroud the crowd of like minded of one who are many invisible not by lack of sight but by too much of it do you remember the sight of all the faces of all the people you see over a day, over a year, or some other amount of time do you see them now or are they a part of the shroud of all things one once sees but no more, in all life only these two things are for a fact death and the impossibility of forever being apart from the crowd.
