To check if your mobile device is able to support Opera Mobile 10.1, log on to m.opera.com from the browser of your mobile phone. Note: POEMS Smartphone Web is not compatible with Opera Mini

3. Bookmark POEMS Smartphone Web onto the Home Screen of your Mobile Phone (optional and subject to the capability of your mobile device). Alternatively, you can also add this website in your browser.

4. Login using your account number and POEMS Internet password.

5. You will be brought to the Main Menu. At any time you would like to access the Main Menu, tap the P button at the bottom. 6. To logout, tap on Logout.

Stock DetailStock DetailStock DetailStock Detail 1. At the Main Menu, tap on Stock Details

2. Select the market to search 3. Enter the Stock name/symbol to search. Tap the name of your preferred stock.

4. You will come to the Stock Details screen of that stock. 5. You have the option to Trade or Add to Watchlist in this page.

At the Main Menu or from the shortcuts at the bottom of the screen, select Trade and/or Search icon on the top right hand corner. 2. Select the market 3. Enter the Stock name/symbol of your preferred counter and select accordingly.

4. Trade submission page will appear: a. Use the existing order submission form to submit the order

OR b. Amend the order submission form (ie. Quantity, Price, Payment and

Settlement Currency). ð Option one: Tap on the price and/or quantity and key in the figures ð Option two: Use the roller to select the input

[Note: A roller is in place to pre-calculate the bid size for you. Quantity has also been pre-set in multiples of the lot size for your convenience.]

5. Select Buy/Sell to proceed.

6. Trade confirmation page will appear. 7. Check that the order details are correct and key in the password to confirm. Tap on the Go

button to proceed. 8. You will be directed to the order status page.

OOOOrder Statusrder Statusrder Statusrder Status 1. Select Order Status from the Main Menu or the shortcuts at the bottom of the screen.

2. You can view Today’s Orders or Past Orders (Up to 7 days) by tapping on the respective tab or swiping left or right.

3. You will come to the order summary page.

ð Tap on the Stock name to view the full order details ð The number on the market header is a summary of the number of trades performed

in that particular market

4. Amend Order (Only applicable to Singapore orders) a. Go to Today’s Orders. b. Tap on the specific stock’s order summary (on the right) to view the full order details c. Details of the selected order will be displayed. Tap on Amend. d. Enter a new quantity lower than the current quantity, key in the password and tap on

Submit. e. Order will be submitted pending for amendment. Please check Order Status to confirm.

5. Withdraw Order

a. Go to Today’s Orders. b. Tap on the specific stock’s order summary to view the full order details c. Details of the selected order will be displayed. Tap on Withdraw and key in the

password. d. Tap on the OK button to confirm. e. Order will be submitted pending for withdrawal. Please check Order Status to confirm.

WatchListWatchListWatchListWatchList There are 5 watchlists in total and each watchlist can store up to 20 stocks.

1. At the Main Menu or from the shortcuts at the bottom of the screen, select Watchlist 2. By default, the watchlist will be blank. Options to view the different watchlists:

• Swipe right to left across the screen or vice versa to access different watchlists • Tap on the left and right arrows at the bottom of the watchlist • Tap on the dots in between the left and right arrows at the bottom

3. Add Stocks:

a. Select a watchlist b. Tap on the Edit button on the top right hand corner c. Tap on the Search Stock icon d. Select the market to search (default option is Singapore) e. Type in the stock name/symbol in the search box f. Tap on the name of the stock to add

4. Delete Stocks

a. Select a watchlist b. Tap on the Edit button on the top right hand corner c. Tap on the Delete symbol on the left of the stock that you want to remove d. Tap on the Delete button to confirm

5. Rename Watchlist

a. Select a watchlist to rename b. Tap on the Edit button on the top right hand corner c. Tap on the existing name and type in the new watchlist name over the existing name d. Tap on the Done button to confirm

6. Arrange Counters

a. Select a watchlist to arrange counters b. Tap on the Edit button on the top right hand corner c. Tap on the stock interface and the delete sign will be changed to up down arrows d. Arrange the counters by moving them up or down e. Tap on the Done button to confirm

Top 20Top 20Top 20Top 20 1. At the Main Menu or from the shortcuts at the bottom of the screen, select Top 20

2. You can view the Top 20 Volume, Gainers, Losers and Market Indices 3. Select the market (default option is Singapore) to proceed 4. To view the stock symbol as its stock name, tap on the header ‘Stock Name’ on the left and the Stock Symbol will appear 5. Edit Headers

ð Tap on the Header on the right and select the fields (i.e Last Done, Change etc) to customise the view

ð A roller will appear for you to select the fields. Tap Done to confirm selection

6. Trade a. Go to Volume, Gainers or Losers. b. You will come to the respective Top 20 page. ð Tap on the Stock’s name or symbol (on the left) to retrieve the stock details to trade ð Tap on the Stock’s fields (on the right) for the stock’s trade page

2. You can view the market indices and headlines of these categories: Headlines, Equities, Economic News, Equity News, Analyst Ratings, Dividends News, Hot Stocks and General News

3. Expand and/or Collapse these categories, or scroll up and down to read the headlines 4. Read the full news

ð Tap the category (i.e Headlines, Equities etc) ð Tap on the headlines to read the full news ð The full news will be expanded ð Tap on the headline to collapse the full news
