The global economic power structure is in the process of re-shaping. Though the global land mass would remain the same, the demographic imbalance across the globe would cause a new business normal. In the new business norm, companies will have to compete outside the industry for wallet space; the consumer will demand more for less - compelling business to do more with less. Resource will be scarce, particularly the right talent. Information efficiency and networking will become a competitive advantage.

In the new business norm, it will be not the big eating the small, but the fast beating the slow. In these circumstances, what will make the ingredients of power, and from where would individuals, companies and nations derive the power? The CIMA Business Leaders Summit 2012 will be an intellectual engagement delving into the form, flexibility and force of POWER.
