BLOCK 14. DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION

a. The purpose of this modification is to amend the contract identified in block LOA of this Standard Form 30 by substituting the name " K T Corporation. Systems Division" for the name, "ITT Systems, a Division of ITT Industries. Inc." wherever it appears in the contract.

b. Pursuant to Far 42.1205, Agreement to Recognize Contractor's Change-of-Name, pertaining to the execution of a change-of-name agreement entered into as of 1 July 2006 between I'IT Corporation (Contractor) and the United States of America (Government); the Govemment recognizes a name change from I'TT Corporation. Systems Division. 4410 E. Fountain Blvd.. P.O. Box 15012. Colorado Springs, CO 80935-5012, with its operating location at Kekaha, HI 96752 for the performance of contract N00604-98-C-003 1.

c. The aforementioned change-of-name agreement, prepared in the format set fonh in FAR 42.1205(b), provides the following:

(I) lTr Industries, Inc.. by an amendment to its Restated Articles of Incorporation, dated June 7,2006 has changes its corporate name to KT Corporation, effective July 1, 2006.

(2) The change-of-name resolution accomplishes achsnge of corporate name only to ITT Corpomtion, Systems Division, and all rights and obligations of the Government and the Contractor under contract N00604-98-C-0031 are unaffected by this change.

(3) Documentary evidence of this change of corporate name has been filed with the Govemment.

d. As a result of this modification, only lTT Corporation. Systems Division win be recognized by the Government as the Contractor responsible for the successful execution of contract N00604-98-C- 0031.

e. All other terms and conditions of conrrwt N00604-98-C-0031 remain unchanged.

Increase the price and funding of Item 9003. Other Dinct Costs ( O N ) by -01 the Eighth Option Period (FY07). The Range Operations Support (ROS) ODC increase is needed for the purchase of engineering support services for the Coherent Signal Processor Radar System (COSIP) radars.

b. To incorporate the ODC price increase, the Schedule B is revised as follows:
