PO Attachments in BEN

Additional supporting collateral documentation to PO via PO Manager Responsibility

Under PO Manger responsibility to enter collateral documentation for a PO go to Notification queue click on PO #

Click on Open Document icon

Alternatively look up the PO via View/Control PO to add supporting collateral documentation.

Enter PO #

PO document – click on paperclip to open Markview to add attachment

Login into Markview and enter your BEN login and password

Adding an attachment ( supporting collateral documentation) – click on ADD DOCUMENTS

Attaching PO collateral documentation – enter document description

File formats allowable: Word, Excel, JPEG, PDF for upload

Attachment added successfully

To enter additional supporting documentation click on “ADD DOCUMENTS”
