Pipe Sealant The use of sealant with the helical tubing clamps is recommended for pressures above 250 psi. Brushthe sealant lightly over the bulge of the stainless steel tubulation, then drive the tubing and clamp onto the tubulation.Allow24hourstofullycure.Toorder,specifyasScanivalve#SLNT2.

Bulged Stainless Steel TubulationsScanivalve manufactures a complete line of bulged stainless steeltubulations.Thetubingisbulgedononeendtoensureleaktightconnections.Scanivalve’splastictubingandthebrassorstainlesssteelhelicaltubingclampsfitoverthisbulgeforafirmgrip.Itisrecommendedthatthecustomershouldepoxythenon-bulgedendintohisequipment.Thetubulations aremanufactured in lengths between 0.55inchesand8.0inches.

Tubing Push-on ToolThistoolisdesignedforusewithvinyl,nylon,Teflonandurethanetubing.Thetoolisusedbygraspingthetubingadjacenttotheclamp(aftertheclamphasbeenscrewedontothetubing)andpushingitontoourstandardstainlesssteel tubulations. Pneumatic Calibration/Purge ValveThe pneumatic calibration/ purge valve is a 3way, 8channel(8P-3T)pneumaticlogicvalveidealforcalibratingupto8individualpressuretransducersofsimilarpressurerange.A 90-120 psi control pressure is required toswitch the valve from the default measurement mode to the calibration, purge, or isolatemode.Themaximumoperatingpressureofthisvalveis750psi.Themaximumpurgepressureis500psi.
