Introduction: Executive Program Management Dashboards, LLC is a corporation designed to provide the Information Technology industry with Program & Project Management tools that are designed to be cost effective with the ability to increase core team productivity with reliable and scale able software products that are integrated in functionality. EPMD primary focus on dashboards for Portfolio Management.

Work: I (Dennis Wiggins) am the founder of Executive Program Management Dashboard a company focused on PMO, Program, Project Management and financial management using the latest dynamic, robust and integrated applications in the Information Technology Industry.

Team: Team is comprised of executive level consultants that are leveraged in multiple disciplines to streamline the level effort and generate semi-real time PMO, Program and Project Management Reporting on a in semi-real time basis. Information Technology research has demonstrated that most organizations do not have a PMO Portfolio Tool. The PMO Balanced Scorecard allows organizations to scale project and portfolio performance. The product has the capability to import key measurements while updating the PMO Portfolio with the appropriate color coding measurement and scale the performance ranging between1 to 10; with 10 being the highest performance. This is based on pre-established performance thresholds established by executives or program / project leaders. Consultants comprised of Jack Henry, CEO of Project Technologies and Pat Horgan, Partner of Paladin Associates.

Project: PMO Balanced Scorecard – Portfolio Management Tool: This is a robust semi-real time portfolio management scaling tool, fully integrated with multiple views and reports for PMO Portfolio Management, Programs or Projects. It automatically color codes projects based on variance to key measurements which are capable of being customized based on organization objectives; scaling the combined scores for a Project and PMO Portfolio Level. A Central Communication Portal with electronic Balanced Scorecard Alerts, and a Document Repository for Project Artifacts. A real time bridge for Top Down Communication (i.e. Executives, Sponsors & Stakeholders) with Bottom-up Communication (i.e. Core Project Team). This dynamic product warehouses historical information month to month in one central location, and is designed to mitigate extensive efforts for cross-functional communication. PMO Balanced Scorecard is a highly efficient and effective portfolio management tool; designed to increased productivity, and drive projects on-time and within budget providing increased project analysis. In addition, it is very cost effective product that is dynamic, robust, single entry integrated functionality.
