DMK offers quality products for the construction, furniture, joinery, scaffolding, form-working, aircraft, marine and hobby sectors.

Included in our range is ‘Craft

Plywood’ manufactured in Finland. We stock a sheet size of 1220mm x 1220mm and 1550mm x 1550mm, ranging in thickness from 0.4mm (2 ply) through to 6mm (12ply).

This premium plywood is used for model aircraft, light aircraft, percussion instruments, saddles, telescopes, displays and exhibitions, furniture and souvenirs.

Other Products

MelaMax® – an exclusive range of coloured laminates pressed onto WISA® Birch Plywood or WISA® Spruced Pine. Falcata lightweight plywood and MR E0 MDF are available optional substrates. Cold-pressed at our

Burleigh Heads manufacturing facility, MelaMax® is a versatile product that will give a designer finish every time.

MelaMax is available in a variety of solid colours and wood grains.

A new addition to the range is MelaMax® Soft Touch. This innovative product features a soft, matt surface resistant to finger prints, scratches, mould, water marks and is easy to maintain.

SlattMax® – a slatt walling panel, produced by DMK Manufacturing at Burleigh Heads, where we stock and use an 18mm MR MDF melamine panel. Just tell us the colour and slot spacing you need.

TreadMax – developed and marketed exclusively by DMK and tested and approved by the Engineered Wood Products Association of Australasia

(EWPAA). Used in truck

vehicle flooring, architectural facades, and where an extremely tough product is required.

GrooveMax – a V-grooved MDF panel for decorative internal linings.

The all new MelaMax® Soft Touch

StyleLite® – a premium high-gloss acrylic panel for kitchen and wardrobe doors, as well as shop fitting and joinery. It is the perfect material to create luxury kitchen and bathroom storage, tailor-made furniture, and feature panels.Ask us for more information on this product.

The Formica® and Laminex® range of laminates, boards and panels is stocked and sold through all three DMK branches. Some products may take a minimum of a day or two to supply and this is no problem for us.

Other Products

DMK Manufacturing is a subsidiary of DMK Forest Products and an active part of our company. Our philosophy to optimise the Australian manufacturing content and do as much of the value-adding manufactuing in-house as possible, allows us to have greater control in maintaining our quality standards, timing and costs.

We are able to offer an even better range of CTS products and services following the installation of our new Biesse CNC router.

The Biesse machine – along with our existing beam saw, edge-banding service and two cold presses – makes DMK even more helpful to you and your business.

DMK Manufacturing manufactures, cuts and machines products for the larger end user. The division produces SlattMax®, our own slat-wall product, in a range of finishes and styles to suit our customers as well as the new MelaMax® range of decorative laminates. We cut to size V-Groove MDF and plywood, laminate and supply stair treads.

We use the Formica and Laminex coloured board range.

Perforating of panels is also part of our service, an ideal

product for acoustic applications. We are happy to quote on the substrate you require.
