SMD Technology (3 in 1)The surface mount device (SMD) Technology, also known as

the 3 in 1 Technology, provides full-color capability from within

a single LED package, making every package a standalone

pixel. Required viewing distances are reduced and the quality

of the image is optimized because the red, green and blue

light blends into the package, rather than from neighbouring

red, green and blue LEDs.

Rigid and Slim Cabinet Design• Made of aluminum alloy as the back and PC as the front mask,

the cabinet is very rigid and slim in design.

• Thickness of cabinet is no more than 30mm.

• Weight of cabinet is no more than 3kg.

• Seamless Design & Neat Appearance

Economical Series IndoorIndoor LED displays are widely used as video walls, for example, at indoor concerts, movie theaters and advertisement. These LED displays are of very high quality and have a higher resolution than outdoor LED displays. This is also a trend that is extending to the outdoor market, because DOT Matrix displays have a higher viewing angle and a sharp image that can be seen from a shorter distance.

We developed our own patented SMD technology and we call it DOT Matrix, because the three primary colors (Red, Green and Blue) are placed in the same DOT. PLEDCO Economical Series Indoor display is a very high quality and a�ordable solution for your indoor LED display needs.

Powerful unfailing performance: Relative to SMD and LED LAMP, DOT-MATRIX has very smooth surface and quality.

Big viewing angle: 160 degree horizontal and 140 degree vertical at 100% brightness.

High light transmittance: The new generation DOT Matrix technology, which relies on the highest purity chip itself, has nearly 100% luminous flux’ s epoxy resin and reaches nearly perfect color transmittance.

RIGID AND SMART SLIM CABINET DESIGNSeamless design guarantees that the side of cabinet won’t be out of shape by frequent use. The display will maintain a neat appearance.

Better cabinet to cabinet connection for easier connection

With fine workmanship, all cabinets are accurately fixed and installed.

Unevenness of screen surface is no more than 2mm.

The cabinet body is made by controlled pressing and stamping. This results in precise size. The diagonal error is not bigger than 0.2mm after the cabinets are joined together. Our products use steel material in order to resist corrosion and abrasive resistance is guaranteed.

Not a single cable is visible. All wires are grouped and covered.

Our DOT Matrix IC's are packed, which makes our design very easy to clean.

The resolution is able to increase 4 times with the same amount of LEDs. Especially for displays under 30 square meter and with perimeter displays this results in highly improved image quality. Supporting remote wireless and wire centralized control management, one monitor center is able to control several LED Displays. We take many e�orts on HD LED display, and have developed many methods to save more energy while operating. This new generation HD display is much more environmental friendly and energy-saving.

The fans are designed with an intelligent controller. If the temperature is higher than the preset value the fans will operate quickly. If the temperature is between two preset values, the fans work slowly. If the temperature is lower than the preset value the fans will stop completely. This new design decreases power consumption and increases the life span of fans and display.

Compared with traditional LED display, our new designed HD & energy saving display is more cost e�ective to operate and has better visual images.
