What are the diff erent types of events I can setup?• The calendar can be used for 3 different types of events; single day,

multi-day and cloned• Single day events happen once

– Mothers day brunch– Memorial Day BBQ

• Multi-Day events happen over a span of time (one registration)– Member/Guest tournament 5/24-5/26– Junior golf summer camp 6/5-6/10

• Cloned events are single day events that re-occur (multiple registration)– Happy Hour every Friday– Yoga every Tuesday/Thursday

How can I determine the success of the emai ls I send from the website?• Mail Reporting is a database of statistics from individual or group emails• View open rates, bounce blacklist and more!

What is the bounce blackl ist?• Members on this list have been unsuccessfully sent emails more than

twice• Emails commonly bounce because they are incorrect, no longer exist or

the members inbox is full• Click on “Bounces” to determine the cause


Manage the bounce blacklist to ensure the maximum amount of members are being reached


What is the emai l complaints l ist?• Members have marked 2 different Club emails as “spam”• Click on “Complaints” to view the specific email• The Club can “Remove” the member so they may begin receiving emails

again


The Club should encourage membersto “unsubscribe” rather than mark emails as spam
