Lord God, supreme Lawgiver, we implore You to remind the Lawmakers of this largest Christian Nation in Asia that You are the Creator of life; that You are the Author of marriage; and that from the beginning of time You have commanded:

“Though shall not kill”; and “What God has joined together let no man put asunder”.

Lord, make us humbly accept these immutable, inviolable and fundamental truths: that Human life is sacred and created by the only Author of nature; and

We turn to You, our loving Father, and beg forgiveness for our sins. We ask that we, our loved ones, and our hard earned possessions be spared from the threat of calamities, natural and man-made.

We beseech You to inspire us all to grow into responsible stewards of your creation, and generous neighbor to those in need. Amen.
