• Restore the original programming code

• Restore the pre-programmed user codes

DO NOT reset your lock unless you are able to locate the original programming code Customer service cannot retrieve a lost programming code.

To restore factory settings:

• Disconnect the batteries.

• On the lock keypad, press and release the # button.

• Reconnect the battery and wait until the led is no longer lit.

• Within ten (10) second, press and hold the # button until it lights green and the lock beeps.

VaCatIon moDE funCtIonVacation mode is used to temporarily disable all user codes at the keypad. If a valid code is entered while the lock is in vacation mode, the led will first light green and then red, and the lock will not unlock.

If you will be away from your home for a period of time in which no one should have access to your lock, it is a good idea to use vacation mode to prevent repeated access attempts.

Vacation mode can be disabled at the keypad by entering the six-digit programming code.

Problem Lights/Beeps

Cause Solution at Lock

Water is found inside the lock, or condensation can be seen on the LED.

Various possibilities

The lock is not air tight externally or rain/water is reaching the lock internally.

This lock may be permanently damaged, but removing the lock from the door and leaving it to dry for 24 hours may restore it to normal functionality. Please check the installation, the weather seal must be correctly installed. Ensure that the seal does not have gaps on a textured surface of the door or from a foreign object. The lock is not weather tight internally and is not suitable for use where water or condensation can reach it from the inside.

Internal buttons will not work correctly

Fast red blink. High and low alternating beeps.

The screws are over tightened Loosen the screws slightly, in particular if the bottom screw is too tight it can put unnecessary pressure on the lock.
