EPHRATA COMMUNITY HEALTH FOUNDATION WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR COVID-19. We are working closely with Hershey

Country Club to ensure that proper safety measures are in place. This includes social distancing measures and scheduled tee times. The

tournament will only move forward as we are assured the safety of every participant. The Foundation will update all participants of any

changes. Guidelines for players are subject to change based on PA Health Department recommendations. Updates can also be found at

To ensure social distancing, all payments must be made prior to the tournament, including the purchase of mulligans. No transactions will be made at the event. Included with your registration fee will be the chance to win a Traeger Lil’ Tex Grill/Smoker and a tower of golf balls.

Guidelines• Appropriate attire is required. Shirts must have a collar.

Denim, cargo shorts and cargo pants are not allowed.• Soft spikes are required on the course.• Players arriving to the event in the same vehicle will

need to ride in the same golf cart during the event.

If it becomes necessary to cancel due to COVID-19, the Foundation requests that you please consider your registration, or sponsorship, a charitable donation in support of WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital’s services to the community. Thank you!

Contributions made to Ephrata Community Health Foundationare eligible for tax deductions based on goods and services received

in consideration of the gift. The fair market value per golfer is $205.No refunds will be made it becomes impossible to start and/or complete

the tournament due to adverse weather conditions. If a cancellation occurs, players will receive a gift certificate for use at another time.

WellSpan’s focus is on the health and safety of the communities we serve. During

the Covid-19 pandemic, it’s important we all continue to practice social distancing, wear a mask or cloth face covering when

out in public, wash our hands thoroughly, and routinely clean and disinfect surfaces.
