Miracle Playground Grants will be awarded only in the sole discretion of the Miracle Grants Administrator and, if awarded, may only be applied toward the quoted purchase price and/or installation cost of the Miracle product listed and described in the Grant Award Letter. The Applicant acknowledges that this is a request for a Miracle Grant, and that it is not entitled or guaranteed to receive Grant money. The Applicant shall have no recourse for Grant refusals. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Miracle Grants Administrator, Miracle Grants shall be provided in the form of a discount and may only be applied to the quoted price of Miracle equipment purchased and shipped by no later than December 31, 2014. No other offers, discounts or special programs may be used with this program. Unused Grant Awards expire after December 31, 2014 and may not be applied toward future purchases. No minimum purchase is required. Miracle’s standard terms and conditions will apply to all purchases to which grant moneys are applied.
