General Election: November 3
Dear Fellow Arizonans,
Voter enthusiasm is sky-high in 2020. Voter turnout in the August 4 Primary Election set records.
In the Primary, we again saw small vote margins. Only 35 votes separated two candidates in one city race. A state legislative candidate won his race by only 84 votes. Your vote matters!
Voter turnout for the November 3 General Election also likely will set records. It’s critical that voters are informed on where the candidates stand on key issues. Thank you for taking time to consult the AZ Voter Guide.

General Election: November 3
CONTENDING STEADFASTLY 2020 Arizona Voter Guide
PROP 207 WOULD HURT YOUR KIDS, YOUR FAMILY AND YOUR STATE.
M PROP 207 WOULD HARM ARIZONA KIDS.
More kids and teens would use marijuana and advertising would be allowed on every platform. Edibles resembling sports equipment, cars, cookies, candy, and other foods would be sold.1
M PROP 207 WOULD PUT YOU IN MORE DANGER ON THE ROAD.
More impaired drivers on the road, current standard for prosecuting marijuana DUID removed2, no bright line for determining impairment3, no roadside breath test to measure marijuana impairment.4
M PROP 207 WOULD NEGATIVELY IMPACT ARIZONA’S ECONOMY.
Imposes 16% tax capped regardless of cost to the state5, tax revenue wouldn’t fund K-12 education6, would create a monopoly for existing marijuana businesses7, and weaken the rights of employers to maintain a drug-free workplace.8
M PROP 207 WOULD LOCK ARIZONA INTO BAD POLICY.
Arizona law makes it almost impossible for the legislature to fix, change, or update a law passed by ballot proposition.9
Prop 207 isn't smart or safe for Arizona families. VOTE NO.
