Frequently Asked QuestionsAre SOTI products offered both on-premise and cloud-hosted?All the products in the SOTI ONE Platform are offered as cloud-hosted solutions. SOTI Snap, SOTI Insight, and SOTI Identity are only available cloud-hosted, with all other products available for subscription.

Are all SOTI ONE Platform products required to use each individual product?Our products can be purchased in a few ways, all based on your customers’ business needs. They can be purchased as standalone, or a-la-carte, alongside any other products in the platform, or by purchasing one of our SOTI ONE Platform bundles.

While SOTI Connect and SOTI Snap can be purchased standalone, independent of any other SOTI ONE Platform products, SOTI Insight and SOTI Assist, must both be purchased with SOTI MobiControl.

What OS platforms does SOTI Insight support?The current version of SOTI Insight supports Android OS.

Can SOTI Snap apps communicate with other platforms to share data? Which communication APIs or plugins can SOTI Snap integrate with?SOTI Snap provides multiple options for integration that enables organizations to send/receive data to/from virtually any app. Through its integration with Zapier, Snap integrates with over 1,000 apps. Snap also provides native integration with other solutions in the SOTI ONE Platform, Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive, and REST APIs. Snap can also share data via email, import/export data via Server Side scripting, export data via Webhooks, and import data from spreadsheets.

Does SOTI support Zebra and Honeywell devices?SOTI supports the management of Zebra and Honeywell devices that can install the MobiControl agent.
