We offer 24, 48 and 72 hour RUSH service at no charge when available. Please call factory for confirmation and in-hands date requirement. Rush orders must be in by 12:00 PM EST.

There is no setup fee on exact repeat orders for a 1 color imprint. Please indicate your previous PO number and our invoice number if available. Proofs are not sent on exact repeats unless otherwise requested. Please note: a setup fee will still be charged for 2 color and clip imprint orders.On all new orders, we will send you a virtual paper proof

to illustrate the imprint at no charge. Make as many changes as you’d like! We ask that you waive the proof on rush orders to expedite the process.

Send us the logo, high or low resolution, color or gray-scale, and we will convert it to black and white vector art at NO CHARGE. We will also typeset and position the logo at your request. We stock most national logos or you can choose by Augustine #. We accept AI, EPS, TIF, JPG, PDF and DOC format.

We know that samples help sell the product. Please send us your requests via e-mail, fax or online by 2:30 PM EST for your samples to ship that same day. For overnight or expedited delivery, please include your FedEx or UPS account number. If an account number is not provided, we will ship your samples via method of our choice. Please include sample color in your request or a random color will be chosen.

Virtual Paper ProofFREE! We do not charge for virtual paper proofs. All orders are subject to proof approval prior to production. Exact repeat orders are not proofed unless specifically requested on PO. Please waive proof on rush orders. If a proof is requested on a rush order, the order will ship out 48 hours from proof approval.

Artwork InstructionsWe accept PDF, DOC, JPG, TIF, AI and EPS format. Please specify the PO# in the subject line. For 2 color imprints, please provide PMS#. We do not charge for PMS color matches on 2 color imprints. Send us the logo, high or low resolution, color or grayscale, and we will convert it to black and white vector art at NO CHARGE. Ad copy will be typeset based on your specifications. If no typeset requests are specified. We will typeset at our discretion for best layout.

CancellationsAll cancellations MUST be sent via fax or e-mail and acknowledged by factory. A cancellation fee will be assessed only in the event work has been performed.

Combination OrdersWhen 2 or more different styles are selected with the same artwork, only 1 setup charge will apply. However, the minimum for each style must be the catalog minimum. If an order is below the minimum quantity required, a Less Than Minimum charge of $25(d) will be applied for each style below the minimum requirement.

Co-Op ProgramsWe offer a full range of co-op programs. Please call factory for details.

Pantone Color MatchingPantone color matching is available to be imprinted on most items in the catalog. Please provide a PMS # with your purchase order. There is a $12(g) PMS charge. We cannot guarantee a 100% match. Also, please note that PMS color matches may fluctuate slightly on repeat orders.

Production TimeUnless otherwise specified by each item, most orders ship within 5 business days from art approval. We offer 24, 48 &

72 hour RUSH service. Please call factory with your in-hands date requirement for details.

SamplesThere is no charge for samples or catalogs. Please send us your requests via e-mail, fax or online by 2:30 PM EST for your samples to ship that same day. For overnight or expedited delivery, please include your FedEx or UPS account number. If an account number is not provided, we will ship your samples via method of our choice. Please include sample color in your request or a random color will be chosen.

Pre-Production SampleA pre-production sample request MUST be specified on the PO. After the paper proof is approved, the pre-production sample will be produced. Allow up to 3 days for sample production, unless otherwise notified. There is a $25(d) pre-production fee that is credited towards your order once it is placed.

Setup ChargesAll new orders are subject to a $25(d) setup charge which includes a one color imprint. Exact repeat orders have no setup charge. Please note, second color and clip imprint setup charges still apply.

Second ColorPlease add $25(d) setup charge for second color imprints and a $0.10(d) running charge per piece.

Clip ImprintsClip imprints are subject to a $25(d) setup charge and a $0.15(g) running charge per piece per color.

Shipping Our primary shipper is UPS. If a different method of shipping is requested, please specify on the PO. For any method of shipping, you may provide your carrier and account number to be billed on your account. Please note, there is a $5 fee for third party shipping.

Over/Under Runs We ship exact quantities as specified on the PO. For custom items and colors, please allow for a 5% over/under run.

Claims All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days from receipt of order.

Blank Goods Blank goods ship within 24 hours of receipt of PO. Please use end quantity pricing.
