MQA min. credit hours requirements -Certificates (50), Diploma (90), Degree (120)

There is need to comply with MQA - to supply qualified manpower - to be recognised by both government and private sectors.

MQA does not recognised working experiences as part of entry qualification and thus planters are unable to upgrade their qualification

In certain profession such as accounting and legal profession, the benchmark is set by the professionals

Some organizations does not have fully structured long term programmes to cater forthe need of the company and industry
