IV. DECISIONS a) PROPOSED ACCEPTANCE OR REFUSAL OF PLANT BREEDERS’ RIGHTS AND NATIONAL LIST APPLICATIONS Corrections for data transferred from the Common Catalogue to the UK National List We are currently reviewing and correcting the information for varieties transferred from the Common Catalogue to the UK National List. Where we identify minor errors, such as misspellings within the variety name or incorrectly listed maintainers, we will change these within our Variety Tracking System (VTS). We will not publish minor changes in the gazette. If we identify more serious errors, for example the variety name having been assigned to the wrong species, we will publish the changes in VTS with a new AFP number. Reports of the results of tests and trials on the undermentioned varieties for which applications have been made are available for inspection by the applicant or any person concerned in the proceedings on these applications. Copies of reports can be supplied on request. (See introductory paragraphs on representations).
