Plant location is place where both manufacturing and assembly unit is being established.

It concerns with both manufacturing as well services.

Analysis of Plant location decision.

Plant location decision require long term analysis due to following cocequences-:

Effects of poor plant location are higher cost, difficult marketing, transportation and substandard quality etc.It consider higher cost and interruption of production at the time of shifting.In case of bigger firm and economics of one location against another needs to be evaluated carefully.
