Kokomo Private Island is the personal passion project of Australian property developer Lang Walker, sailor and owner of S/Y Kokomo, a master diver and fishing fanatic who immediately fell in love with the island and Kadavu Region after discovering it by chance whilst sailing the South Pacific, back in 2011. In his words, “Kokomo resembles heaven on earth and the allure of developing the incomplete resort that existed was too great to refuse.”

The vision for Kokomo, was to create a private island paradise like no other, one that caters to the needs of the fast growing, intergenerational market. Kokomo comprises 21 Luxury Beachfront Villas, 5 Luxury Hilltop Residences and the Exclusive Beachfront Luxury Residence, each with private infinity pool and walled garden. While you relax or enjoy a day trip away, kids are looked after in our Kaji Club – an interactive, fun and engaging space completely separate from adult activities and facilities – with a dynamic Teen Club for older children. Kokomo also offers nanny and baby-sitting services so you can enjoy time as a couple during the day or escape for a romantic evening.
