Getting Started ThisplanningdocumentisdesignedtohelpyouplanasuccessfulFactory Tour.Planning,booking,andconfirmingyourtourhasneverbeeneasier.Thisdocumentincludeseverythingyouneedtoknowtobookyourtouralongwithhotel,restaurant,andgroundtransportationrecommendations.
Alltourinformation,includingtheabilitytobookandconfirmyourtour,isnowavailableontheCustomer Support and Literature Ordering Center in the Factory Tourfolder.
FordistributorsintheUS,yourtourmustbebooked,withdetailsconfirmed,atleast30daysbeforethetourdate;guestlistmustbecompletedthreeweeks
WelcomeFactoryToursareasurewaytobuildconfidenceinResidentialSolutionsproductsandservices.PerceptionsofTraneareenhancedbytouringourstate-of-the-artfacility,seeinghowTranequalityisbuiltintoourproducts,andhearingtheprideouremployeestakeinproducingthebestproductspossible.Ourgoalistogainyourtrustandloyaltybyprovidingyouwiththeinformationyouneedandwanttomakegoodbusinessdecisions.Weareconfidentthatafterthetouryourguestswillchoosetosellmoreproductsaswellasinstallhigherefficiency,highermarginequipment.

Whileyouareinthefactory,wewillarrangeforlunch,morningandafternoonsnacks,coffee,juice,andwater.Thedistributorisresponsibleforallotheraccommodationssuchastravel,lodging,outsidemeals,andanyotherpotentialcostsincurredduringthetour.Yourguestswillreceiveaninformationpacket,apartssamplepacket,andacomplementarydigitalphoto.

1.Camerasandcellphonesarenotallowedinthelabormanufacturingfacilities.
2.Shoesmustbesteel-toedtoprotectagainstimpacts,punctures,andcuts.Shoecoverswillbemadeavailabletothosewithoutsteel-toedshoes.Open-toedshoes,sandals,spikedheelsorheelsgreaterthan2inches,orshoeswhichdonotcovertheentirefootarenotallowedatanytime.Itishighlyrecommendedthateachguesteitherwearstheirownsteel-toedshoesortheyweartennisshoes.Dressshoesarediscouraged.
3.SafetyglasseswithsideshieldsthatmeetANSIStandardZ87.1mustbeworninallareasofthefactoryatalltimes.Safetyglasseswillbeprovidedforeachtourguestwhileatourfacility.
