JDA provides owners and tenants with a cost-effective and flexible approach to managing capital

development projects. Our multi-disciplined team of architects, engineers, and business profes-

sionals have the training, experience, and skills to efficiently and effectively manage capital proj-

ects and programs. We focus on how to best address the critical issues by staffing the project with

only qualified, expert personnel. Often, we can provide our services to owners and tenants without

full-time on-site representation. When needed however, we will locate our team on-site and inte-
