Our firm represents Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas, Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas Surgical Health Services, Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, and Planned Parenthood Center for Choice (Planned Parenthood).
In your capacity as the chair of Texas Health and Human Services Committee (the Committee) you are in possession of, or have access to, an 8-hour video that was illegally obtained by BioMax Procurement Services, LLC, now known as the Center for Medical Progress. We understand that the Committee members will view this tape on Monday and Tuesday, prior to the scheduled hearing on Wednesday.
In fairness to Planned Parenthood we are requesting an opportunity to review this video, in its entirety, prior to the scheduled hearing on Wednesday.
