Open Designer Write answer to clarification in description field with name/date and switch to “in review” and assign to Originator of RFI
In Review Contractor Make notes in PlanGrid on what changed and give field staff a heads up. Change status to “pending” and assign to Project Engineer
Pending Project Engineer
Write the official RFI. Designer approves it and Project Engineer sends to the subs as official change. Changes status to closed, assigns to Field Staff, and references RFI # in desc.
