Know what you’re trying to
accomplish What is the goal of your podcast? To provide information? To talk to a specific group of people about something that they care about?
Once you know your goal: stick to it. This will help you determine
the format and frequency of your podcast.

modulate your tone and emphasize the points that you want the listener to pay
attention to.

TOP TIPIf you’re conducting an interview, schedule an extra 5-10 minutes at the beginning of the session to chat “on microphone” and help the guest feel comfortable.
