1. PaymentsDue to high demand, we cannot provisionally hold tickets. Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets are available on a first come first served basis.

1.2 ConditionsNo food or drinks are to be brought into the hotel for consumption. The management reserve the right to refuse admission. Please do not bring with you or organise anything that may offend other guests. We cannot guarantee seating plans at shared parties, and smaller parties may have to join others to meet the capacity of the room. All prices quoted in this brochure are inclusive of VAT at 20%, correct at the time of going to print. Any increase in the rate of VAT will be added to your final bill. All bookings are subject to availability and table shapes and sizes cannot be guaranteed, however we will do our best to accommodate any requests. Tickets are sold per seat, not per table.

1.Deposits and Booking FormTo confirm your booking, please complete our booking form and return within 7 days, enclosing a £10 per person deposit which is non-refundable and non-transferable. If a deposit and signed booking form is not received within this time, your booking will automatically release. Email completed booking forms to [email protected]. If you would like to make a deposit payment via the phone, please call 01522 565197. Once a signed booking form has been received you will be contractually obliged to make the deposit payment for the number of guests specified, within 7 days. Breakfast with Santa and Lunch with Santa require payment in full at the time of booking. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

If full payment is not made by this date the booking will be considered as cancelled and the cancellation policy, point 2.3, will apply. Any bookings made after 3rd October must be paid in full at the time of booking by card or BACS, within 7 days of initial booking. In order for us to provide the best possible food service, details of your dietary requirements need to be given to us by Friday 5th October. Any further changes to your booking made after this point may incur a £15 admin charge.
